Royal fans were sent into a frenzy today as new pictures of Meghan Markle were released of the duchess at a star-studded party.

The Duchess of Sussex attended a glitzy haircare line launch by her friend’s brand Highbrow Hippie in California on Thursday night.

Prince Harry did not attend the event with her and instead is believed to have been at home in Montecito with the couple’s children Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

At the event, Meghan dressed in an all-black strapless ensemble which included a top with a sweetheart neckline.

The 43-year-old also sported a gold set of earrings, a dainty matching necklace and several rings, with her hair styled into curls.

Since photographs of the duchess were published online on Friday, royal fans of Meghan were quick to praise the mum-of-two for her style.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: "Oh she looks like a GODDESS."

Another said: "She looks gorgeous.”

A third wrote: "Meghan Markle is the epitome of great style!!!"

Meghan attended the event as a friend and an investor of the company. The Duchess of Sussex previously told Instyle: "I am so proud to invest in [Kadi Lee] as a friend and as a female founder.

"Kadi has a mastery of hair health, and her Highbrow Hippie collection is a perfect reflection of that."

The appearance at the party comes after the duchess was last seen with her husband in a video message released last week.

In the video, the couple - who are working on joint and solo ventures - spoke about the need to protect children in the digital world as they stood outside their Montecito mansion.

Both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also wore poppies in the video, which was filmed ahead of Remembrance Day in the UK, despite not flying over the pond to the UK for any official events.
