Meghan Markle has faced criticism online after her latest As Ever video. On Tuesday, the Duchess of Sussex was featured in a new short social media video on Instagram, in which she walked with a basket full of fruit and vegetables.
Prince Harry’s wife, 44, wore white trousers and a blue and white striped blouse in the video. She can be seen smiling at the camera, playing with her hair and holding a beverage in her hand. The caption of the video read: “A basket full of summer.”

People on the social media site X have been quick to criticise the Duchess, accusing her of loving herself too much.
One person said: “Never before have I seen a celebrity who loves themselves so much. It’s like a love affair.”
Someone else said: “She loves herself so much it’s embarrassing….”
Another person added: “Meghan's true love is herself and only herself.”
Someone else wrote: “What IS this performance? This surely cannot be serious.”
This is not the only criticism Meghan received from this latest video.
Many fans were also quick to mention the apples in the basket, noting that it would be difficult to grow apples that large in California at this time of year.
One person wrote: “Interesting seeing that apple season doesn't start until late August in California..”
Another said: “We have been growing apples for 35 years and our earliest variety isn't ready to harvest until early August!”
