Iran has warned a "devastating war" would erupt should the US launch another attack against the Tehran regime. Donald Trump has repeatedly warned of military intervention if Iran does not stop trying to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons, which comes amid nationwide protests against clerical rule and the regime's handling of the economy.
Delegations from Tehran and Washington have been working towards a deal, with the US gathering a fleet of aircraft and warships in the Middle East to speed up the process. In the event of an attack, Iran said all US military bases in the Middle East would be considered legitimate targets.

Before flying to Geneva for the latest round of negotiations, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged against provoking Tehran, as "there would be no victory".
He told India Today: "There would be no victory for anybody - it would be a devastating war.

"Since the Americans' bases are scattered through different places in the region, then unfortunately perhaps the whole region would be engaged and be involved, so it is a very terrible scenario."
