Meghan Markle took to Instagram yesterday to share a new video of her walking along with a basket of fruit and vegetables. The video, shared on Meghan’s brand As Ever’s Instagram account, shows the duchess carrying the basket while wearing white trousers and a blue and white striped blouse.

Prince Harry’s wife, 44, can be seen smiling in the video, holding what appears to be a cup of warm drink while enjoying the garden. The video is captioned: “A basket full of summer.” The basket she is holding contains a range of fruit and vegetables, including apples and tomatoes.

People were quick to spot a blunder in the video, with many doubting how Meghan would have been able to grow such big apples in her Montecito garden at this time of year.

One person wrote on X: “Apples? In June? She's kidding right?”

Someone else commented: “We have been growing apples for 35 years, and our earliest variety isn't ready to harvest until early August!”

Another person said: “Maybe she’s showing off her supermarket shopping skills.”

Someone else added: “My friend has a tree in her yard and it does have fruit right now, but the apples never get very big. It's too hot here.”
