An eyewitness has said the huge emergency services response has centred on Crossway in Rogiet, Caldicot.

Armed police have descended on a small market town in Wales, with other emergency services also at the scene. Dozens of police, armed response unit and ambulance vehicles are stationed on Crossway in Rogiet, Caldicot, this evening.

Witnesses have told Wales Online that as many as nine ambulances are at the scene, with the first reports of the incident at 7pm.
