The bomb squad has been scrambled to a quiet duck pond in Cornwall after the discovery of a suspect device. Devon and Cornwall police arrived on scene at around 9.35am on Monday, February 9.

A cordon is in now place at the scene at Boscawen Park, on Malpas Road following the report of the device.
