US won’t join UK ban on trade with illegal Israeli settlements

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Washington will ‘obviously not’ follow the UK in sanctioning illegal Israeli settlements. France and Canada are also taking action, as the UK says Palestinians face ethnic cleansing by Israeli settlers in parts of the occupied West Bank.
